Steps to submit and participate in the conference

Fill the details according to the manuscript information. |
| 3. |
Guest Editors conduct screening and preliminary review. Please note that the content of manuscript must be original and has not been considered or simultaneously submitted to other platforms. |

Decisions of the screening and preliminary review are announced to the selected authors. |
| 5. |
Registration and conference fee payment procedures to the conference is conducted as announced by MSDI2023. |
| 6. |
Please note that fail to comply Steps 4 and 5 will make the selected manuscript removed from the selection list. |
| 7. |
Complete the submission by uploading the required documents. |
| 8. |
Selection list based on screening and preliminary review by Scientific Committee Members. |
| 9. |
Authors must follow the peer-review process, including paper review, revision, rebuttal, etc. |
| 10. |
Payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC) will be asked when the manuscript is accepted. |
